Overview $120-$130k super salary packaging benefits (depending on experience) Relocation assistance on offer Working with a very experienced, approachable and long-standing Facility Manager (also an RN) Solid Clinical Support Structure in place Ongoing professional development and career progression Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse who has stepped up into a CM role to take on a permanent role Australian Aged Care experience required Sponsorship on offer for those with Australian Experience The Role As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, compliance, and clinical governance. You will work closely with the Facility Manager and a dedicated care team to promote a positive, person-centred culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the clinical care team to deliver safe, high-quality care Oversee clinical governance, accreditation, and compliance standards Foster a positive workplace culture that empowers and supports staff Monitor care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident wellbeing Drive quality improvement and infection control initiatives About You Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Previous experience as an Aged Care Clinical Manager or Clinical Nurse Good tenure and stability in previous roles Australian Aged Care experience required Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role within aged care In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks Good understanding of the new Strengthened Standards Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills A passion for improving the lives of older Australians Sponsorship on offer for those with Australian Experience If you’re an experienced Clinical Leader ready for a fulfilling role where you can create lasting impact — we’d love to hear from you.
