Odyssey Gaming Services is seeking enthusiastic Customer Experience Representatives to join our Customer Operations team on a casual basis , with potential for permanent opportunities. Key Responsibilities Provide professional support to venues via inbound/outbound calls, email, and case management Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with machine reporting variances Assist with queries and issues regarding venue membership, promotions, and incident management processes Build strong rapport with venue staff and deliver consistent, high quality customer service Contribute to a positive, collaborative and customer centric team culture About the Role You’ll work closely with venues across Queensland as their first point of contact for technical help and operational support. Our team operates 8:00am–4:00am, seven days a week , and this role includes a rotating roster with evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We provide four weeks of dedicated training , ongoing coaching, and opportunities to assist with venue training and onboarding as you grow.
