This remote town is a gateway to the Gulf, renowned for its fishing, birdwatching, and unique outback-meets-coast experience. About Sunset Tavern, Karumba Sunset Tavern is one of Karumba’s most iconic establishments, offering stunning views of the sunset over the Gulf. The tavern is a central hub for both locals and tourists, providing a welcoming environment to relax, dine, and enjoy the natural beauty of the region. What You’ll Be Doing Providing excellent customer service across the bar Pouring and serving beverages responsibly Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and service areas Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations About You Positive attitude and strong customer service skills RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) required RSA (Responsible Service of Gaming) desirable Previous experience in a bar, tavern, or hospitality venue is an advantage Availability to work hospitality hours - 7-day rotating roster with weekend work.
