Our Palm Lake Promise to you is that here, you will make a difference. Position Details Palm Lake Care Caloundra is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team on a Part Time basis. You can work from just a few shifts a week up to 5 shifts a week and have work-life balance. Shifts Available Night Shift: 10 pm till 6:30 am Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans Managing medications and wound care in line with best practices Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines Collaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care Supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programs What We’re Looking For: To thrive in this role, you will need: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification A current National Police Check Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills A commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
