We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Advisory and M&A team in Sydney working closely with Partner, Sally Weatherstone . About the team and the work Our national practice operates flexibly and collaboratively, led by exceptional Partners who are supportive, dynamic, and excellent mentors. This opportunity reports to Sally, who is based in Sydney; however, we are open to considering candidates located in any of our offices, with hybrid and work-from-home arrangements also available. The team handles a broad range of corporate advisory and M&A matters, including (but not limited to) public and private M&A, capital raising, shareholder arrangements, foreign investment advice and applications, corporate governance, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule advice, as well as a wide variety of commercial contract matters. We work with a diverse client base, ranging from small, privately held corporations to large, publicly listed companies, both in Australia and internationally. The team strives to be renowned for its exceptional client service and deep expertise. About you The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience gained in a well-regarded corporate practice or in-house in a corporate advisory and/or M&A role. You will be confident, capable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills and should be comfortable mentoring junior members of the team.
