Carpenter – Commercial Waterproofing (Gold Coast, Medium-Scale Projects) Location: Gold Coast Pay Rate: $50–$55 per hour penalties Start: Immediate We are seeking a trade-qualified Carpenter to join a reputable commercial waterproofing contractor working on medium-scale projects across the Gold Coast, including multi-unit apartments, commercial fit-outs, and podiums. About the Role Carpentry works supporting waterproofing installations Framing, boxing, and set-out to balconies, bathrooms, podiums, and planter boxes Formwork and detailing works Rectification and make-good works Working closely with waterproofers to ensure compliant finishes Reading plans and following project specifications Requirements Cert III in Carpentry Commercial construction experience (medium-scale projects preferred) Strong understanding of waterproofing interfaces and detailing White Card Own tools and PPE Highly Regarded Previous experience working with waterproofing contractors EWP / Working at Heights High attention to detail What’s On Offer $50–$55 per hour penalties Ongoing medium-scale commercial projects across the Gold Coast Long-term opportunity with a growing contractor Safety-focused, professional team Apply now or contact Chantal – Siteforce Recruitment
