Radiology Bookings Team Leader On-Site - O'Connor Full-time | Permanent Take your career to the next level About the role We're seeking an experienced Radiology Bookings Team Leader to supervise and support our centralised Booking Centre in O'Connor, Perth . This role combines hands-on radiology bookings with active leadership responsibility, ensuring high standards of booking quality, workflow efficiency, and patient experience. You will provide day-to-day supervision and leadership of the Booking Centre team, including reporting, recruitment, training and ongoing performance development. A prefect role for if you have had proven leadership experience and enjoy guiding people while remaining closely involved in operations. What you'll be doing… Coordinating day-to-day radiology bookings across modalities and sites Supervising the Booking Centre team, providing leadership, direction, and support Monitoring and managing call KPIs, including volumes, wait times, abandonment rates, and productivity Monitoring booking quality, workflow adherence, and service standards Preparing, reviewing, and analysing Booking Centre performance reports Supporting recruitment activities, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding Leading and coordinating training for booking staff, including new starters and refresher training Acting as an escalation point for complex bookings and patient or referrer issues Supporting continuous improvement and standardisation across booking workflows About You You're an experienced bookings professional with demonstrated leadership capability and a calm, structured approach to supervising teams. You'll bring: Proven experience in radiology bookings, patient access, or medical scheduling Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a bookings or call-centre environment Experience working with call KPIs such as average wait time, call abandonment, and productivity measures An understanding of radiology modalities, referrals, and booking requirements Experience with reporting, performance monitoring, and analysis Confidence coaching, training, and supporting staff performance Excellent communication and team engagement skills Organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with RIS/PACS, booking systems, and phone platforms A leadership role with genuine influence over bookings quality and performance Opportunity to supervise, train, and develop a centralised Booking Centre team Exposure to reporting, recruitment, and workforce capability development Clear pathways for growth within a broader admin leadership framework A supportive, engaging, collaborative, patient-focused workplace FOR YOU Permanent full-time hours with a leading professional company.
