Job Description The Opportunity We are currently looking for a Maintenance Planning Analyst to join our Planning & Contract Services Team. If this sounds like you then we may have your next opportunity. Our Planning and Contract Services Team is seeking a Maintenance Planning Analyst based in our BRAVO Office. Reporting to our Planning & Contract Services Lead, this position will provide key reporting services to Works Delivery and other key business units. The Role As the Maintenance Planning Analyst you will be responsible for: Data management, including identification, alignment, cleansing, formatting, and integrating of works delivery planning team data sources, that will assist the works delivery team make informed decisions. Development of forecasting tools and forward-looking analytics for works delivery and planning teams. Scheduling and forecasting of resources for inspections and preventative maintenance. Identifying, developing, and setting the appropriate KPI’s (in agreement with key stakeholders) to measure planned and actual performance. Creation and ownership of works delivery reporting. Plan, develop and implement user guides for all planning activities within Ellipse, NPM and ArcGIS. Drive continuous improvement of the planning process through reviews of tasks and workflows. Identify business needs and integrate into relevant systems. Continual review of the scheduled inspection process to maximise efficiency, effectiveness, and timing. Monitor and develop processes to improve quality and consistency of data in and out of systems used by the planning team. Be the subject matter expert in the use of Ellipse as a planning tool. Liaising with regional works delivery teams and assets team to ensure asset registers and maintenance scheduled tasks within Ellipse and ArcGIS are accurate. Provide coverage for Planning & Contract Services Team during periods of leave. About You Our ideal candidate will need to have knowledge and is responsible for bringing insights and analysis around planning, scheduling and actual performance of Works Delivery and Planning teams. They are accountable for the ongoing development, maintenance, and support of Works Delivery insights and reports. Their key role is to manage the systems used by the planning team and the data used by the systems. The Maintenance Planning Analyst is responsible for creating and producing relevant management reports and communicating these schedules and programs for works delivery teams, providing key analysis supporting effective works delivery.
