As a Registered Nurse, you will: Deliver expert nursing care to allocated clients in their homes. Advocate for clients and support their health goals. Provide health education and promote wellbeing. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Work within programs that operate extended hours, 7 days per week. About you Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Strong clinical skills and experience in community or palliative care (preferred). Excellent communication and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
