Modernize & Grow: You’ll have the mandate to implement new forecasting and BI tools, moving the business away from manual effort toward deep, automated insights. Key Responsibilities Own the Forecast: Lead the group budgeting and business planning cycle, delivering accurate P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting. Treasury & Cash Flow: Oversee debt facilities, finance leases, and bonds while maintaining a robust weekly cash flow forecast. Budget and Business Planning: Drive the annual group budgeting process, ensuring strong alignment across businesses and delivering clear insights to support confident decision making. Strategic Analysis: Conduct scenario modelling, business case development, and due diligence to support new opportunities. Drive Innovation: Integrate new acquisitions into group reporting and implement streamlined financial tools and processes. About You Qualified & Experienced: Accounting or Finance degree with a CPA/CA qualification preferred. Technical Specialist: Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel/BI tools) and experience with enterprise / financial reporting and forecasting software Commercial Mindset: The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for stakeholders.
