About the Opportunity As an Occupational Therapist at ECH, you’ll work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, completing comprehensive assessments and delivering practical interventions that help older South Australians live safely and independently. You’ll build your skills across a broad range of occupational therapy services, including functional and home environment assessments, equipment recommendations, health behaviour change support, and practical strategies that promote independence and wellbeing. You’ll be well supported as part of a large OT team, with a structured orientation to help you build your caseload, access to formal professional supervision and informal peer support, and regular professional development opportunities to grow your confidence and deliver evidence‑based best practice. About You You’re a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist who combines strong clinical capability with excellent communication skills. You build trust with clients and families, advocate effectively for client needs, and deliver tailored interventions that reflect each individual’s goals and circumstances. You value accuracy and professional standards, demonstrate strong attention to detail in documentation, and bring a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and person centred care.
