These roles offer long-term stability and are suited to candidates with proven experience on large-scale urban or Tier-1 infrastructure projects, operating in live traffic environments in accordance with approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and strict WHS requirements. What We Offer Long-term employment on a 2-year major infrastructure project- Opportunity to transfer to other projects Consistent hours and forward workforce planning Pay Rates: Day Shift: Starting from $38 per hour penalties Night Shift: Starting from $45 per hour penalties Weekend / Public Holiday: Industry award rates site allowances Opportunity to remain on the project for its full duration, subject to performance and site requirements Work with established Tier-1 contractors on high-profile Brisbane CBD works Ongoing support from a compliant, Indigenous-led workforce partner Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain traffic control in accordance with TMPs, SWMS, and site procedures Safely manage vehicle and pedestrian movements in live traffic and high-volume CBD environments Liaise with site supervision, plant operators, and other trades Maintain compliance with WHS legislation, site rules, and principal contractor requirements Participate in toolbox talks, safety observations, and hazard reporting Mandatory Requirements Minimum 2 years’ traffic control experience on major works or urban construction projects White Card (Construction Induction – CPCCWHS1001) Hoist Ticket (current and valid)- INDI IS WILLING TO INVEST AND UPSKILL THE RIGHT CANDIDATES TO ATTAIN THEIR TICKET.
