We are seeking a dynamic Centre Director to lead the ongoing success of our state-of-the-art early learning environment. About the Role: As the Centre Director, you will have the exciting opportunity to establish a high-quality, welcoming centre. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of educators, ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, and create an enriching environment where children can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Lead the centre through its opening and operational phases, including enrolment growth and community engagement. Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of educators. Ensure full compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and relevant state regulations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the local community. Oversee day-to-day centre operations, including budgeting, rostering, and reporting. Drive the centre’s vision, values, and culture, promoting excellence in early childhood education. What We Are Looking For: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Proven experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role in early childhood education. Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and regulatory compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Passion for providing high-quality, child-focused learning experiences. Innovative, proactive, and committed to fostering a positive culture for children and staff alike.
