Location: Perth, WA Engagement: Permanent and Contract About the Role: A handful of our clients are working across a pipeline of data, analytics, and business applications initiatives and are seeking Power Platform and Power BI Developers across junior, mid, and senior levels for future work within the teams. These roles sit within delivery-focused teams building reporting, automation, and low-code solutions that directly support business operations and decision-making. Broadly, you will work on a mix of new builds, enhancements, and optimisation of existing platforms, contributing to scalable, secure, and user-friendly Microsoft-based solutions. What this will look like: Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards using best-practice data modelling and DAX Building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes Integrating data from multiple sources, including SQL, Azure, and Microsoft 365 platforms Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Supporting and improving governance, performance, and adoption of Power Platform solutions Key Outcomes & Measures: Delivery of reliable, well-performing dashboards and applications High user adoption through intuitive design and clear documentation Secure and scalable solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices Timely delivery against project milestones and business priorities About You: You are a Microsoft-focused developer with a passion for data, automation, and improving how people work. You can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are comfortable working across different levels of complexity, depending on your experience. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and report development Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate Strong understanding of data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, or Azure-based data Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and the broader Power Platform ecosystem Ability to work in Agile or project-based delivery environments Full working rights in Australia and currently based in Perth, WA Bonus Points For: Experience with Azure services (Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL) Exposure to governance, security, and Power Platform Centre of Excellence frameworks Background in consulting or enterprise environments Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills Why Join?
