We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO Analyst to join our enterprise client for an initial 6 months with a view to extend. This role will sit in the IT domain of the business and will be a hybrid working environment. Responsibilities: Be responsible for ensuring high quality and continuous improvements are met throughout multiple project lifecycles. Assess the current PMO model and ensure that improvements are being made where necessary to ensure efficiency. Manage process and risk registers using various PMO tools / methods. Ensure that the PMO roadmap is suitable and make changes where needed to ensure continuous delivery. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the IT practice and business to ensure that COE is running in line with other PMOs. Provide data analysis using tools to determine future state and metric goals. Experience / Skills Required: At least 5 years working in a PMO Improvement Analyst role across enterprise environments. Proven experience in creating process frameworks across an IT function and implementing new processes. Strong governance skills and ability to report up to C-Level using clear metrics. Experience in uplifting and introducing new practices across existing PMO models. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders to delivery quality outcomes in process improvement. Excellent written and communication skills with ability to understand PMO tools and templates. Experience working in infrastructure industries or similar is also highly desirable.
