We are looking for experienced and talented Digital Technologies (DT) Support Officer to join our Canberra office. In this role, you will handle DT service tasks, including Service Desk support and maintaining the Productivity Commission's (PC) DT systems - such as installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software. Our DT Support Officers ensure dependable coverage of the DT support and Service Desk functions during regular business hours, offering user assistance whenever needed. They possess strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Copilot, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive. The key duties of the position include Successful applicants will have a qualification in a relevant technology or demonstrated previous experience in a similar role/industry. Strong troubleshooting skills for 1st and 2nd level incident resolution and service delivery, including install and support for computer equipment, peripherals, video conferencing, office equipment and software is also required. A merit pool of suitable candidates may be established and used to fill similar future vacancies either on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis.
