Description Your role will be a combination of handling a high-volume of inbound calls and supporting with online appointments, ensuring patients have a smooth and positive bookings experience for their diagnostic procedures. You will be required to be available for 7.6 hour shifts between the times of 7:15AM to 5:15PM.
