Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking a Data Analyst to provide advanced analytical support and deliver accurate, meaningful and action-oriented insights across our portfolio. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making by building dashboards, analysing trends, validating performance results and supporting reporting and governance obligations. Using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Power Automate, the Data Analyst will develop automated analytics solutions, create structured datasets and provide clear visibility of portfolio performance across operations, assets and finance. Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models Create clear, interactive visualisations to support performance and decision-making Build, manage and govern datasets, dataflows and pipelines in Microsoft Fabric Analyse maintenance, asset, financial and customer data to identify trends and risks Translate complex data into actionable insights for operational and governance forums Validate data accuracy, KPIs and performance measures Automate reporting, alerts and data processes using Power Automate Collaborate with operational and corporate stakeholders to meet analytical needs Qualifications, Experience & Skills Essential: High proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, data shaping and dashboard development Experience working within Microsoft Fabric environments (Lakehouses, Dataflows, Pipelines) Strong capability in developing Power Automate workflows Advanced analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information Strong digital capability and experience using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency Desirable: Experience working with facilities management (FM) or asset data Understanding of PMIS/CMMS structures Demonstrated passion for adopting new technologies, improving workflows and driving continuous innovation About BGIS BGIS is a global leader in integrated facilities management, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across government, healthcare, education, utilities and critical environments.
