About You You’re a capable and motivated Medical Scientist with a strong foundation in cytopathology, ready to contribute at either MeS-1 or MeS-2 level, depending on your qualifications and experience. Recognised qualifications and discipline knowledge aligned with NPAAC requirements, with sound (MeS-1) to advanced (MeS-2) expertise in cytology, cytopreparatory techniques, laboratory principles and quality procedures Strong technical and analytical capability , performing high-quality diagnostic testing, quality control activities and equipment troubleshooting, with increasing professional judgement and autonomy at MeS-2 level Well organised and proactive , able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, meet deadlines and identify and resolve issues, with initiative appropriate to your level of experience Clear, respectful communicator and team contributor , who values customer service, confidentiality and collaboration with colleagues, clinicians and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality pathology services Please refer to the Role Descriptions for further information regarding qualifications required.
