This role is ideal for someone who thrives on shaping people‑centred change and uplifting organisational capability during large‑scale transformation. As a Change Manager, you will work closely with program value streams and business areas to ensure staff are informed, prepared and supported through new ways of working. You'll create impactful user journeys, experience blueprints, communications and change artefacts that simplify complexity and enable effective adoption across the organisation. This is a collaborative environment with an emphasis on co‑design, quality stakeholder engagement and practical change interventions that deliver sustainable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and hands‑on support to staff and leaders to help them navigate organisational change. Lead the development of experience blueprints and user journey maps that articulate current and future state impacts. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify change implications, risks and pain points. Facilitate workshops with end users and business owners to gather insights and requirements. Produce clear, engaging visual change artefacts to support communication and training activities. About You You will bring: Proven experience delivering organisational change and motivating people through transition. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience applying recognised change management methodologies and frameworks. A strong track record supporting large‑scale transformation across multiple teams. Solid conceptual and information design skills, with experience using tools such as Figma, Miro or Adobe Creative Cloud . Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage concurrent work packages. Baseline Security Clearance (required prior to commencement).
