They specialise in the delivery of commercial, education and industrial projects up to $20m in value. This builder operates in a highly meritocratic manner and opportunities to increase salary, as well as advance to Project Manager and/or Commercial Manager will exist from day one for those who can perform to the required standards. Client Details Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, education and industrial sectors. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2026 and 2027 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team. This is an ongoing, long term position on the south side of Brisbane. Description Key responsibilities will include: Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Monthly cost reporting Administering variations Profile Selection Selection criteria will include: Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $150-170k super Opportunity to progress to Project Management and/or Commercial Manager in short to medium term future Stable team and financially strong employer On site parking Regular salary reviews
