About the Role We are seeking a motivated and organised Project Officer to support the planning, coordination, and administration of plant service projects. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of plant services and maintenance projects Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and registers Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, escalating issues as required Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to support project delivery Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier documentation, and delivery tracking Support compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements across projects Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, variations, and progress reports Assist project managers with site documentation, inductions, and shutdown planning activities Analyse project data and prepare regular status and performance reports for management Support continuous improvement initiatives within project administration processes Qualifications Relevant qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (desirable) At least 2-3 years' experience in a Project Officer, Project Administrator, or similar role Experience within industrial services, engineering, maintenance, construction, or plant operations is highly regarded Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of attention to detail and strong documentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); project management software experience desirable Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Secure full-time employment with an established industrial services company Supportive team environment and exposure to diverse industrial projects Opportunities for professional development and career progression $ Salary - 80K to 100K superannuation If you are an organised and proactive Project Officer looking to contribute to industrial plant services projects, we encourage you to apply.
