With multiple bars across multiple levels , we’re looking for an experienced Bars / Venue Manager to take ownership of all things bar-related and keep the drinks (and good vibes) flowing. About the Role As the Bars Manager, you’ll oversee the operations, staffing and efficiency of all bars across The Dolphin, including: Main Bar, Public Bar, Level 1 Bar & Level 2 Bar. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being on the floor, coaching teams in real time and setting the standard for service, speed and atmosphere. What You’ll Be Doing Managing day-to-day bar operations across all levels Leading, training and developing a diverse bar team Running stock takes, ordering and stock control Delivering engaging bar training and upskilling staff Building smart rosters with a strong understanding of wage costs Rotating staff effectively across the venue to maximise efficiency Maintaining service standards while keeping the vibe high Being a visible, approachable leader for both staff and guests About You You’re a natural leader who knows how to balance structure with fun.
