About the role: Juniper is seeking an experienced and committed Registered Nurse to join the team at Juniper Cygnet Residential Aged Care Home in Bentley on permanent night duty. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working autonomously overnight, delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting care staff and ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable, and well supported. As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents’ needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans. You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to care staff and contribute to required AN-ACC assessments, supporting continuity of care across the service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate nurse who is passionate about aged care and able to provide support during unplanned leave when required. This is a night duty position. Candidates must be available for all shifts below.
