As a Cook in our hotel, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items according to recipes and quality standards Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices in all food preparation areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and meet customer expectations Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste Maintain a clean and organised work environment Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly Adapt to changing needs and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Participate in team efforts to improve kitchen processes and overall dining experience Comply with all relevant health department regulations and organisational policies.
