An exciting opportunity now exists for an accomplished Senior Project Manager, or a capable Project Manager ready to step up, to lead landmark fitout and refurbishment projects across Sydney. You’ll manage projects typically valued between $2M–$10M, with occasional larger and more complex builds. This role offers genuine autonomy, visibility, and the chance to mentor a talented team within a supportive, family-friendly environment that genuinely values balance, not burnout. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects, from tender through to completion. Manage project planning, procurement, budgets, safety, and quality. Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships. Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve shared goals. Drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery excellence across all projects. About You Minimum 3-5 years’ experience delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects valued $2M–$10M. Currently a Senior Project Manager, or a strong Project Manager ready to step up. Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Strong commercial and contractual understanding. Confident managing multiple projects and teams concurrently. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, or Project Management highly desirable, but not essential.
