Kings Beach Bar (Kings Beach QLD 4551) is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. Ensuring food quality, taste and presentation are consistently maintained. Following food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations at all times. Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and storage of food supplies. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment. Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service. About you: At least one year of relevant experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen. Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum
