Its head office and warehouse are based on the Central Coast of NSW to provide distribution to existing and new clients nationally. With over 85 years’ combined experience in Non-Metallic and Metallic Sedimentation Scraper Systems and Power Transmission products, Tank Environmental Systems has an outstanding reputation in the Australian wastewater industry, covering all phases from design and supply to maintenance and installation and commissioning support. About the role: The National Project Sales Manager role is responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy for Polychem Scraper Systems and associated wastewater treatment products manufactured by Brentwood Industries (USA). This role leads the end-to-end project pursuit, working with the Tank Enviro team from early concept engagement to contract award and handover across multiple water authorities, EPC contractors and industrial clients throughout Australia. The face of Tank Environmental Systems, this role centres on building rapport and deep relationships, shaping specifications, and driving profitable growth. It will see you day to day: Delivering on revenue, margin, and pipeline KPIs Developing annual go-to-market plans Building a robust opportunity pipeline and accurately forecasting sales revenue Maintaining effective working relationships with customers Proactively engaging with water authorities, consultants, and EPCs Building and maintaining strong working knowledge of products and offerings Actively monitoring upcoming infrastructure opportunities Assisting with bid strategy and tender responses Negotiating commercial terms to achieve balanced risk and profitability Representing Tank Enviro at relevant industry events Supporting project enablement and risk management Collaborating on pricing strategies, discount frameworks, and minimum GP margins Preparing monthly dashboard reports Tracking competitor activity and regulatory changes and recommending strategic responses.
