About the role: Deliver specialist ergonomic and manual handling consultancy services. Lead development of clinical practices, procedures and education programs. Provide high-level advice on injury prevention and return-to-work strategies. Contribute to state-wide policy, quality improvement and service planning. Support and mentor staff through supervision and competency-based training. About you: You are a qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration A postgraduate qualification in relevant field would be well regarded. You bring strong expertise in ergonomics, manual handling and risk management. You communicate confidently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are motivated to lead improvement and influence safety at a systems level.
