About The Role This position is ideal for someone who has recently completed a chef apprenticeship or equivalent qualification and is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Head Chef, supporting them in delivering exceptional dishes that showcase the best of the Barossa You’ll prepare fresh, seasonal produce, assist with plating and presentation, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Keeping the kitchen spotless and organised will be a key part of your role, along with supporting smooth service. From stock rotation and ingredient checks to equipment care and cleaning, you’ll gain the skills needed to build a strong culinary foundation while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
