About the Organisation A growing global property management organisation is building a modern business systems environment to manage operations, governance, finance, and safety across multiple regions. The Role We are seeking a hands-on Business Systems Administrator to support the implementation, integration, and administration of core business systems. Working closely with the IT leadership team, you will ensure applications run efficiently across global sites, optimise workflows, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain operational systems including ERP, expense management, governance, safety, and collaboration platforms. Support system integration and configuration, ensuring consistent and accurate data across platforms. Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and role-based permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Create reports and dashboards for management, compliance, and operational decision-making (Power BI preferred). Troubleshoot issues, provide end-user support, and deliver training. Document processes, develop SOPs, and suggest workflow improvements. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimise system performance. About You 3–7 years’ experience in business systems administration, IT operations, or application support. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, and reporting tools (Power BI preferred). Experience with ERP/SaaS platforms (finance, governance, safety) is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global or distributed teams. Comfortable documenting processes and creating SOPs/workflows. Tertiary qualifications in IT, business systems, data management, or related discipline preferred. Interested?
