Minimum Years of Experience : 10 years Must Have Skills: · Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, business process validation, and acceptance criteria. · Proficient in test case design, traceability to business requirements, and defect lifecycle management. · Excellent stakeholder management and communication—able to align business, product, and engineering. · Ability to plan and run structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting. · Proven experience with Azure DevOps Work Items and Boards · Familiarity with test automation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls. · Experience with contact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot Service Workspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR) Nice to Have Skills : · Prior experience in insurance domain is a plus .
