The Opportunity This role is a genuine mix of strategic leadership , operational oversight , and hands‑on coaching . You’ll lead and mentor a team of Site Leaders, with a clear mandate to: Lift performance across Workforce Australia metrics Embed structure, accountability, and consistent service delivery Strengthen employer and community partnerships Build a positive, high‑performing team culture Ensure strong compliance and quality standards, including audit readiness and contract requirements You’ll work closely with the CEO MAS / Operations & Performance Manager SA/VIC to deliver on regional priorities and performance outcomes. What You’ll Lead Performance – Analyse results, drive KPIs, and implement corrective actions to meet monthly performance expectations. People & Culture – Coach, mentor and support Site Leaders, manage performance, and build a collaborative, high‑performing culture. Employer & Community Engagement – Grow employer partnerships and community networks to support strong employment outcomes. Compliance & Quality – Maintain high levels of service quality, manage audit findings, and ensure contract and policy compliance. About You Leadership experience in Workforce Australia, jobactive, DES, training, or a similar service‑delivery environment Demonstrated ability to lift performance in fast‑paced, target‑driven workplaces Strong capability in coaching, mentoring, and managing leaders Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to drive structure, consistency, and cultural change Strong problem‑solving skills, resilience, and a calm, solutions‑focused approach High levels of compliance awareness and operational discipline Required checks: National Police Check, Working with Children Check, Current Driver’s Licence.
