Our dedicated Course Maintenance Team at Lynwood Golf & Country Club looks after our beautifully presented 18hole course, driving range, practice green, miniature golf and surrounding landscapes — all set across 230 acres of undulating terrain featuring wetlands, natural rough and native vegetation. We’re looking for passionate people to join us as we strive to deliver tournamentlevel playing surfaces for our members and guests. Some of the tasks and responsibilities our team might tackle daily include: Maintaining fairways, greens and rough — mowing, watering, spraying and general upkeep Repairing and maintaining tees, greens, bunkers and course pathways Assisting with irrigation line repairs, tree pruning, digging and other handson tasks Apply fertilisers, wetting agents, and crop protection products in accordance with label and OHS requirements Participate in renovation and cultural programs including aeration, scarification, and topdressing Contribute to a safe, organised, and professional work environment What we're looking for: Enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working outdoors A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a supportive, professional team Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (or equivalent) Demonstrated experience in golf course maintenance Strong turf agronomy knowledge and attention to detail Chemical application accreditation (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously within a team Willingness to work early starts and weekend rosters Current Class C Driver’s License By joining the CHRG team, you will have access to our Employee Benefits Program, Connect.
