You will: Assist residents with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, and repositioning Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to clinical staff Follow individualised care plans and maintain accurate documentation to ensure each resident’s needs are met Ensure the rights and dignity of each resident are respected, and encourage their independence and participation in decision-making Collaborate closely with the clinical team to provide person-centred care that meets the highest standards What You’ll Bring Essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and person-centred care Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Desirable: Previous experience in residential aged care Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential) About Bene Aged Care Vision: Empowering older South Australians to live dignified, independent lives.
