Multi System Operator Leading Hand Roster: Initial casual employment with the potential to move to permanent direct with the client | Working Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts starting at 5:30am with opportunities for overtime and weekend work Location: Mudgee, NSW Duties & Responsibilities Provide hands‑on leadership and support to drivers and yard staff during daily operations Assist with coordinating routes, workloads, and operational priorities Operate a range of company waste‑collection vehicles and equipment, including various lift systems Deliver collected waste to nominated recycling and disposal facilities Complete daily pre‑start inspections and routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment Safely load and unload trucks in accordance with company and regulatory standards Maintain professional client interactions and uphold high levels of service and safety Required to conduct safety audits and assessments, as needed.
