About the role… As an Engagement Officer, you will be the first point of contact for new and potential customers wishing to access Breakthru services. You will provide advice regarding service options and work closely with customers and their families to understand their requirements, expectations, and aspirations. The key focus of this role is to secure customer engagement and lead the development of service agreements to ensure a streamlined onboarding process. The role is a full-time fixed term contract. This includes: Managing new enquiries via phone, email and online systems/applications Actively responding to new customer enquiries Processing relevant referrals and NDIS Request for Service Liaising with operational teams regarding service capacity and availability Awareness of Breakthru and legislative policies and procedures Participate in promotional campaigns to increase customer acquisition and promote Breakthru’s service offerings Thorough and timely recording of customer interactions About you… You are passionate, driven to succeed and thrive on customer service, building relationships both internally and externally. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while continuing to provide strong customer service, will be the key to your success in this role.
