Key Responsibilities Mechanical Services: Perform allocated mechanical tasks on trailers and transport equipment, including servicing and reconditioning brakes, suspensions, axles, air systems, and electrical components. Quality & Safety: Ensure all tasks meet high standards for quality and efficiency while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Operational Support: Accurately record materials, complete task documentation, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Team Collaboration: Assist teammates and work with service and sales teams to promote integrity and continual improvement. HSE Compliance: Report all incidents and near misses, wear correct PPE, and participate in regular safety initiatives. About You Qualified & Experienced: Ideally hold a trade qualification or equivalent with experience in automotive, heavy vehicle, or transport maintenance. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of trailer brakes, air systems, and general heavy vehicle repairs. Teachable & Collaborative: Must be willing to take instruction, work well in a team, and communicate respectfully with others.
