About your new Role: As a Member Account Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing Brighter Super’s membership and funds under management. You’ll connect with prospective and existing members through tailored sales activities whether over the phone, virtually, or face‑to‑face to promote the benefits of Brighter Super. This role is all about building strong relationships, delivering excellent service, and helping members achieve brighter financial futures. Drive membership growth and funds under management through effective B2C sales strategies. Promote and sell Brighter Super to prospective and existing members Engage members via phone, virtual meetings, and face‑to‑face interactions Conduct member engagement activities such as Super Health Checks, webinars, seminars, toolbox talks, and event participation Tailor sales approaches to meet individual member needs Build strong, lasting relationships with members Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and support learning Maintain a positive, professional, and committed approach to role requirements Align your ongoing studies and career development with the future needs of the role About You: You are a commercially minded professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
