This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where no two days are the same. From recruitment and onboarding to supporting leaders, guiding employees, and helping shape a positive, values-driven culture. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the full employee lifecycle from “welcome to UDC” to offboarding Running end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Partnering with leaders on performance, complaints, investigations, and HR advice Preparing HR documentation and maintaining compliant records Ensuring alignment with the SCHADS Award, NES, and Fair Work Building strong, trusting relationships across the business Being a go-to support for people matters, big and small What You’ll Bring Must-haves: Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Solid HR foundations and understanding of the employee lifecycle Confidence supporting leaders with performance and conduct matters Working knowledge of SCHADS, Fair Work and NES High attention to detail and strong compliance focus Excellent written and verbal communication (including minute taking) Confidence using HRIS, recruitment, rostering systems & Microsoft platforms A genuine passion for people, culture, and the disability/NDIS sector Nice-to-haves (but not deal breakers): Experience in the NDIS or disability sector Knowledge of NDIS worker compliance Exposure to WHS or return-to-work programs Experience with continuous improvement initiatives Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business Why You’ll Love Working at UDC When you join UDC, you’re not just getting a job - you’re joining a team that has your back .
