With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, the business is now seeking an experienced Project Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing delivery across their diverse development portfolio. This role is perfect for a hands‑on marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment and loves bringing campaigns to life — from research and strategy through to execution, optimisation and measurable results. What you’ll be doing As the Project Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of marketing strategy, planning and execution for assigned development projects. You’ll manage all project positioning, campaign delivery and media activity while working closely with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to deliver exceptional, commercially effective outcomes. This is a role where you will truly see the impact of your work — not just writing briefs, but shaping every stage of campaign creation and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Strategy & Positioning Campaign & Asset Delivery Media, Digital & Social Events, Launches & PR Performance & Reporting What we’re looking for 5 years’ experience in a Project Marketing role — ideally in property or development. Proven experience running integrated campaigns across multiple channels. Strong capability in managing creative production, collateral and onsite branding. Excellent written communication and copywriting strengths. Commercial mindset with solid budget and timeline management. Confident stakeholder manager with strong collaboration skills. Valid driver’s licence and full Australian work rights. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar.
