This role will focus on identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and achieving sales targets across NSW & ACT. Description Strategic Growth: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Client Acquisition: Identifying and securing new business opportunities across Western Australia. Solution Sales: Understanding client needs and provide tailored recommendations from TES's comprehensive suite of environmental monitoring solutions Client Engagement: Strengthening client relationships through excellent account management and networking with a willingness to travel across WA Market Representation: Representing the company at industry events to promote products and services. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, to align strategies and achieve shared goals. Reporting & insights: Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support the development of new products and services Profile A successful Business Development Manager should have: Previous experience in business development or sales within the Environmental Monitoring industry. A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets. A valid Drivers Licence Job Offer Competitive salary package between $120,000 and $130,000 AUD.
