This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services across clinic, community and fee-for-service programs, supporting individuals and families across the region. About the Role In this full-time position, you will provide assessment, intervention, evaluation and reporting for both individuals and groups, working across a variety of service delivery models, including clinic-based and community outreach. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team to support optimal clinical outcomes and contribute to building healthier regional communities. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions Evaluate therapy outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly Work as an active member of a multidisciplinary team Communicate effectively with clients, families and key stakeholders Deliver community education, group programs and health promotion Maintain accurate electronic client and activity records Meet daily KPI requirements and contribute to service reporting Participate in supervision, performance development and ongoing training About You You are a motivated, client-focused Speech Pathologist who enjoys working in a community health setting and values collaboration and professional growth.
