About the company: Our client is a well-established industrial operation with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and developing long-term talent. This site offers an excellent environment for an apprentice to build real-world experience in a supportive, hands-on maintenance team. About the role: This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in: Assisting the mechanical team with preventative maintenance and scheduled asset care Supporting equipment overhauls and plant improvement activities Learning troubleshooting and basic fault-finding alongside experienced tradespeople Assisting with general workshop and site tasks to build broader industrial capability What we're looking for: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and support other areas of the factory outside of your discipline. Reliable transport and a valid Driver's Licence (Wangara location is not ideal for public transport) Flexibility to occasionally support other sites if required (short periods only) Previous part-time/casual work experience (highly regarded) A genuine interest in building a long-term career in mechanical/industrial maintenance What can you expect from us?
