(HWF2) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus great Salary Packaging options Flexible working arrangements may be available About your opportunity As a member of the Cultural Assessment & Liaison Team, Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs Service and Specialist Services Program Area you will participate in and contribute to the delivery of a culturally sensitive and appropriate care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients who access the Alcohol Tobacco and Other Drugs Service. Requirements: Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to work with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. Appointment, and future increment progression, between pay points HWF2.1 to HWF2.3 requires: Certificate III in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health, or Certificate III in Mental Health Peer Work, or Certificate III in Mental Health, or Certificate III in Alcohol and other Drugs. Note: A suitable applicant that does not hold the Cert III qualification may be appointed to a trainee level HWF1 for a fixed term (temporary), subject to engaging and participating in a learning agreement to obtain the required qualification with support under HR Policy G10 Study and Research Assistance Scheme (SARAS).
