About YouYou will be responsible for providing DFV settlement casework support to newly arrived people, especially Humanitarian Entrants and Refugees, who have arrived in Australia within the last five years (or more depending on circumstances) and ensure contractual obligations under the relevant funding programs are met. You will facilitate engagement, conduct risk assessments, provide safety planning & DFV related casework support and facilitate referral pathways to ensure refugee and migrant clients are adequately supported around their DFV and settlement needs.Please reach out to us for the full Position Description to review the Key Responsibilities and Measures of success.Essential CriteriaYou bring proven experience delivering culturally responsive DFV casework, including CRASF Level 1 risk assessment, supported by at least three years’ relevant experience and/or a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. You have strong knowledge of the DFV and multicultural sectors and experience providing high-quality support to CALD communities. You communicate effectively, navigate complex situations with confidence, and build client capacity and engagement.
