About the role We’re on the hunt for a Customer Service B2B Team Member to join our Customer Service B2B crew and help deliver the smooth, responsive, award-winning service Rip Curl is known for. The role is full time Monday – Friday, based at our iconic Rip Curl Torquay head office. This role is all about supporting our wholesale and retail partners behind the scenes — managing orders, returns and enquiries, and keeping communication clear, accurate and on point. You’ll work closely with our sales, warehouse and online teams to make sure everything flows from order entry through to delivery. If you’re detail-driven, have administrative experience, love problem-solving and get a kick out of helping customers, this could be your next wave What you’ll be doing Be the first point of contact for wholesale customers and retailers via phone and email Process wholesale and online orders accurately across multiple systems Manage returns, repairs and credits, including RA issuance and order tracking Liaise with sales, warehouse, despatch and freight teams to keep orders moving smoothly Support key accounts by managing ordering portals and weekly order processing Handle stock enquiries, transfers, pickups and inventory returns (AU & NZ) Maintain the order file, pre-sales set ups and key account orders during indent periods Actively build strong working relationships and deliver fair, solutions-focused outcomes Support Club Rip Curl and vertical retail store enquiries as required Delivering clear, professional communication and standout customer service What we’re looking for Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to help Fast and accurate data entry skills Administrative experience Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks Clear, confident verbal and written communication A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to stay calm and professional when dealing with complaints Willingness to be flexible with hours when required A positive attitude and strong team-first approach Bonus points if you also have Experience in B2B customer service, wholesale or retail environments Knowledge of Rip Curl products or the surf/lifestyle industry Experience working with order management or CRM systems
