Our Pastry team turns simple ingredients into perfect pastry—every day. If you enjoy hands-on work, precision, and the rhythm of a well-run bakehouse, we’d love to hear from you. What you'll do Handle bulk ingredients (including lifting 25 kg flour bags) Weigh, scale and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes Laminate/sheet pastry using specialised equipment Operate hoppers and baking machinery safely (set-up, run, basic changeovers) Complete regular in-process checks to ensure product quality Adhere to safety, quality and food hygiene standards Practice clean-as-you-go, end-of-shift cleaning and safe manual handling About you Reliable and ready for full time hours over a Mon-Fri day-time roster Capable with physical work (lifting up to 25 kg; on your feet for the shift) Great attention to detail with recipes, scaling and presentation Safety-first mindset; follows SOPs, food safety and hygiene requirements Team player with clear communication and a willingness to learn Experience in pastry/bakery or food manufacturing is a plus—not essential (training provided) Why join Vili's?
