Key Responsibilities Deliver trauma-informed counselling and advocacy services. Support clients navigating legal and administrative systems. Attend crisis call-outs and contribute to case planning. Represent the program at forums, meetings, and community education events. Write reports for external agencies including courts, immigration, and housing. Maintain accurate client records and contribute to service evaluation. What We’re Looking For: Experience in counselling, case management, or advocacy in trauma-related contexts. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to cultural safety, diversity, and inclusion. Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
