You will: Supervise daily operations within TC’s Bar & Gaming Lounge, ensuring smooth service flow, compliance, and guest satisfaction Lead, coach, and support a team of ambassadors to deliver warm, intuitive, and responsible service Bring energy and presence to the floor - setting the tone through engagement, professionalism, and approachability Uphold responsible service of alcohol and gaming, confidently managing guest behaviour and sensitive situations Maximise guest experience and revenue through product knowledge, promotions, and natural suggestive selling Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards aligned with Sofitel brand expectations Support service across other food & beverage outlets when required, adapting seamlessly to different environments Assist with stock control, cash handling, gaming machine operations, and shift leadership duties
